Mindfulness may ease NICU Moms' anxiety, boost baby bonding

Summary

This study tests whether a short, four-session mindfulness program can lower anxiety and improve the emotional bond between mothers and their babies in the NICU. About 66 mothers will be split into two groups: one gets the mindfulness training, the other gets standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety and attachment using questionnaires.
