NCT ID NCT06892509
Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program could improve the quality of life for women going through menopause. Researchers in Turkey enrolled 86 women and randomly assigned half to receive the mindfulness training while the other half received no intervention. The goal was to see if learning mindfulness techniques could help ease common menopausal symptoms like sleep problems, anxiety, and low mood.
