Summary
This study tests an 8-week mindfulness program designed to help people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who have trouble sensing when their blood sugar drops too low. Participants will learn body scanning and mindful eating to better catch early warning signs. The goal is to reduce dangerous low-blood-sugar events and improve daily safety.
