Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program can improve both mental and physical health in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers will compare 70 adults with mild-to-moderate IBD who take the MBSR course against those receiving standard care. The goal is to see if learning mindfulness techniques reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, and improves quality of life.
