Summary
This study looked at whether a mindfulness program (MBSR) can improve quality of life and positive feelings like hope and growth in people newly diagnosed with head and neck cancer. 110 adults who had finished surgery and were getting other treatments took part. The goal was to see if mindfulness helps them cope better and feel better emotionally.
