Mindfulness or a fun date? study tests what boosts love

Summary

This study looks at whether a mindfulness program designed for couples can improve relationship satisfaction. About 426 couples (over age 20, together at least 2 years) will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program, a fun weekly activity together, or a waitlist. Researchers will compare how happy couples feel right after the program and 6 months later.
