Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness program designed for couples can improve relationship satisfaction. 426 couples (over age 20, together at least 2 years) will be randomly assigned to the mindfulness program, an online activity program, or a waitlist. The goal is to see if mindfulness helps couples feel more satisfied compared to the other options.
