Summary
This study tested a mindfulness-based stress reduction program for 60 primary caregivers of people with chronic mental illness. The goal was to see if it could improve their thinking flexibility, emotional well-being, and self-compassion. Caregivers attended mindfulness sessions, and researchers measured changes using questionnaires. The results aim to show whether this approach can ease the mental burden of caregiving.
