Summary

This study looked at whether an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program could help primary caregivers of people with chronic mental illness. 60 caregivers took part. The goal was to see if the program improved their ability to handle stress, think flexibly, feel better emotionally, and be kinder to themselves. The results could lead to better support for caregivers.
