Summary

This study tested whether a brief, online mindfulness program could reduce burnout and stress in people caring for those with dementia. It involved 60 professional and family caregivers in Taiwan. Researchers compared a group that started the program right away to a group that waited, to see if the mindfulness training made a difference.
