Can meditation calm the fear of a Child's cancer scan?
NCT ID NCT07420101
Summary
This study aims to see if parents and caregivers of children with cancer experience 'scanxiety'—anxiety around medical imaging—and if a mindfulness meditation program can help reduce it. Researchers will enroll 160 caregivers and test an online mindfulness course. The goal is to provide a non-drug tool to help caregivers manage stress during their child's cancer treatment.
