Summary

This study aims to understand what it's like for young people at risk for psychosis to participate in mindfulness group sessions. Researchers will interview 20 participants aged 15-30 who have already completed mindfulness training. The goal is to learn about their experiences and identify any potential negative effects of mindfulness practice in this population.
