Researchers listen to young minds: what mindfulness really feels like for those at psychosis risk
NCT ID NCT07499934
Summary
This study aims to understand what it's like for young people at risk for psychosis to participate in mindfulness group sessions. Researchers will conduct in-depth interviews with 15-30 year olds who have completed mindfulness training to learn about their personal experiences. The goal is to better understand both potential benefits and any negative effects of mindfulness practices for this vulnerable group.
