Mindfulness may ease menopause mood swings and sleeplessness

Summary
This study looks at whether mindfulness-based exercises can help with anxiety, depression, and sleep problems in women who have recently gone through menopause. About 20 women in Istanbul and Izmir will be split into two groups: one that does mindfulness exercises and one that continues their usual routine. Researchers will use questionnaires to measure changes in mood and sleep quality.
