Can mindfulness and phone alerts make students healthier?

Summary
This study is testing whether combining short mindfulness exercises with digital health information can help university students become more informed about their health. Researchers will enroll 268 students and assign them to different groups to compare the effects of mindfulness, health info, both, or neither. The main goal is to see if these activities improve students' ability to find, understand, and use reliable health information to make better daily choices.
