NCT ID NCT06361394
Summary
This study is testing a new 18-week elective course designed to teach mindfulness to nursing students. Researchers want to see if taking the class helps students feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed, reduces problematic internet use, and improves their empathy and attention skills. They will compare students who take the course to those who do not.
