Summary

This study looked at how mindfulness and relaxation classes affect the brains of 108 adults with autism. Participants took 8 weekly classes, either in mindfulness or general stress reduction. Researchers used brain scans and surveys to see if feeling less stressed changes brain activity and emotional awareness.
