Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness app called Calm Health can help young adults with type 1 diabetes. Participants will use the app to receive mindfulness guidance and see how their practice relates to their blood sugar, stress, and sleep. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and if it helps reduce diabetes-related emotional distress and improve well-being.
