Summary

This study is testing a new smartphone app designed to teach mindfulness skills to university students in Thailand. The goal is to see if using the app can help reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. Researchers will enroll 450 students who are at risk for mental health problems but do not have major psychiatric disorders. The app guides users through meditation exercises and teaches them to manage negative thoughts.
