Summary

This study tested whether adding mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) to aerobic training helps heart patients who had a stent procedure. 150 people were split into two groups: one did MBSR plus aerobic exercise, the other did aerobic exercise alone. Researchers measured fear of movement, heart rate variability, exercise ability, and mood. The goal was to see if the combination improves recovery more than exercise alone.
