Summary

This study tests two types of mindful self-compassion programs for teens aged 14-19 to see if they improve coping, mental health, and school engagement. Participants take online surveys and attend a 4-week online program or join a waitlist. The goal is to find out which program teens like and whether it helps them handle stress.
