NCT ID NCT07032922

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tested whether a mindful self-compassion program could be adapted for young adults aged 18 to 29 with Li-Fraumeni syndrome, a genetic condition that greatly raises cancer risk. Seven participants attended a one-day demonstration and gave feedback on how to make the program more helpful. The goal was to learn how to better support mental health in this high-risk group, not to treat the syndrome itself.
