Summary
This study is testing a new 8-week group program designed to help adoptive parents manage stress. The program teaches mindful parenting skills to improve parents' well-being and family life. Researchers are comparing the program to a waitlist group to see if it effectively reduces parenting stress and improves other outcomes like anxiety and co-parenting.
