Can mindfulness at mealtime shape a Baby's future eating habits?
NCT ID NCT07282964
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindful eating training program for new mothers can improve how they feed their babies and their own eating habits. About 72 mothers with infants aged 6-12 months will either start the 8-week program right away or after an 8-week wait. The program involves weekly group sessions and home practices focused on listening to hunger cues and managing stress around food.
