Mindful moms, mindful meals: new study aims to improve baby feeding

Summary
This study tests an 8-week mindful eating program for moms with babies 6-12 months old. The goal is to see if it helps moms respond better to their baby's hunger and fullness cues and improve their own eating habits. 72 moms will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait 8 weeks.
