Can 15 minutes of breathing a day boost student focus and happiness?

NCT ID NCT07497022

Summary

This study tested whether a simple, daily mindful breathing exercise could help nursing students improve their attention and overall sense of well-being. For 15 days, one group of students practiced guided breathing, while another group carried on with their normal routine. Researchers then compared the two groups' focus, mindfulness, and happiness using standard questionnaires and tests.
