Summary
This study looked at whether a simple mindful breathing exercise could help college students pay attention and feel better. About 170 nursing students took part. They practiced a technique called Mindful Attention Awareness Breathing for 15 days. Researchers measured their focus and well-being before and after to see if it made a difference.
