Summary

This study will develop and test an online mindfulness app called Mind Space for Thai university students who are at risk for mental health problems. About 450 students will use the app for 8 weeks and be followed for 6 months to see if it reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. The goal is to understand whether this app can help students manage their thoughts and emotions better.
