Mind over fatigue: new study tests group therapy for blood cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a mind-body group program can help reduce severe tiredness (fatigue) in people who have finished treatment for blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma. About 94 adults who are in remission will either join the program or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves energy and quality of life.
