Can meditation and mindfulness ease cancer fatigue?
NCT ID NCT03735992
Summary
This study is testing whether a mind-body group program can help reduce fatigue in people with blood cancers who are in remission. Researchers will compare participants who receive the mind-body sessions to those who do not, measuring fatigue, quality of life, and stress. The goal is to see if these supportive techniques can help patients feel better during recovery.
