High-Protein milk may curb Post-Workout eating

NCT ID NCT07050017

Summary

This study looked at how different milk drinks affect hunger and food intake after exercise. Sixteen active men drank either a high-protein milk, regular milk, or a carbohydrate drink after cycling. Researchers then measured their hunger levels and how much they ate at a later meal to see if the protein content made a difference.
