First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at how different milk types affect stomach discomfort and signs of inflammation in people who usually feel sick after drinking milk. 37 healthy adults who have gut issues with regular milk tried A2 milk and a special lactose-free milk with broken-down proteins. The goal was to see which milk causes fewer symptoms and whether lactose is the main trigger.
