Military tests new tool and device for Stress-Related disorder

Summary
This study aims to test a new questionnaire designed specifically for military members with adjustment disorder, a common stress-related condition. Researchers will also pilot-test a light and sound stimulation device (SANA) used alongside standard care to see if it helps. The study will follow 60 active-duty service members for six months to see how their symptoms change over time.
