Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized cognitive training program can improve attention, thinking, and daily life for veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). About 65 veterans with ongoing cognitive problems will either receive the training or standard care. The goal is to see if the training leads to real-world improvements and changes in brain function.
