First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at 75 children aged 6-12 who have a condition called Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH), which makes their permanent molars weak and sensitive. The goal is to see if using a cold treatment inside the mouth or applying silver diamine fluoride before dental work can help the numbing medicine work better and reduce pain. The study will measure pain during treatment using special scales.
