Head-to-Head: which migraine pill stops pain faster?
NCT ID NCT05211154
Summary
This study aimed to compare how well two different medications relieve migraine pain. Researchers tested whether a common anti-inflammatory drug (diclofenac potassium) works as well as a newer migraine-specific drug (rimegepant) at eliminating pain within 2 hours. The study involved 300 adults with migraines who treated a single attack with one of the assigned medications.
