Summary
This study tests a once-weekly pill (mifepristone 50 mg) as a contraceptive for women aged 18-35. Over 600 participants will use it for one year to see how well it prevents pregnancy and whether it causes fewer side effects than daily hormone-based birth control. The pill does not contain hormones, and researchers will monitor safety and user experience.
