Can a Midwife's guidance ease the fears of expectant mothers?

Summary

This study aims to see if personalized education and support sessions with a midwife can help reduce anxiety and fear related to pregnancy and childbirth. It will involve 80 pregnant women who are feeling anxious but are otherwise at low risk for complications. Participants will attend several one-on-one sessions to learn about childbirth, practice relaxation techniques, and build confidence.
