Summary
This study compares a less invasive heart bypass surgery (MICS-CABG) to the standard approach in 248 adults with coronary artery disease. The goal is to see if the minimally invasive method improves quality of life and keeps grafts open just as well. Patients who have a preference choose their treatment, while those without a preference are randomly assigned.
