Summary
This study compared two ways of performing thyroid surgery to see which is better for patients. It looked at 74 adults having surgery for thyroid conditions. Researchers measured blood loss during surgery and checked for complications afterward, like voice changes or low calcium levels, to see if using a surgical microscope leads to better results.
