This study compares blood levels of two substances, MicroRNA-101-3p and Autotaxin, between 40 people with lupus and healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if these substances can serve as simple blood markers to track lupus activity. No treatment is given; the study only collects blood samples for analysis.
