Needle and gel combo aims to beef up thin gums

This study tests whether microneedling combined with a hyaluronic acid gel injection can make thin gums thicker and healthier. Twenty adults with thin gums will receive both treatments (microneedling alone and microneedling plus gel) on different sides of their mouth to compare results. The main goal is to measure gum thickness change after 6 months, along with other gum health measures and patient comfort.
