Summary
This study tests whether microneedling (tiny needles that prick the skin) combined with either tretinoin or timolol cream can improve the look of early red stretch marks. About 300 adults with these marks will receive the treatment, and doctors will track changes through photos and skin checks. The goal is to find a better way to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
