Gum makeover: microneedling with plasma may fade dark gums

Summary
This study tests whether adding platelet-rich plasma to microneedling helps reduce dark gum pigmentation better than microneedling alone. Thirty-two adults with gum pigmentation will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to lighten gum color and measure pain levels over six months.
