Gum depigmentation showdown: PRP vs. needles alone

Summary
This study tests whether adding platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to microneedling improves gum depigmentation compared to microneedling alone. Thirty-two adults with dark gums will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to reduce pigment intensity and assess pain levels over six months.
