Summary

This study tests whether microneedling combined with either lactic acid, vitamin D3, or a steroid (triamcinolone) can help regrow hair in people with patchy alopecia areata. About 88 adults with small bald patches will receive one of the three combos. The goal is to see which mix works best for hair regrowth.
