Microgreen juice may boost muscle recovery, early study hints
NCT ID NCT07540858
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking a special juice made from microgreens and wheatgrass can change certain markers in the blood related to muscle recovery after intense exercise. Fifteen athletes will either drink the juice or not, and researchers will measure tiny molecules called miRNAs that help muscles repair. This is an early-stage study to understand how food might affect recovery, not a treatment for any disease.
