This trial investigates whether micro-osteoperforations—tiny, controlled holes in the jawbone—can accelerate the movement of upper back teeth downward to correct an anterior open bite. Thirty patients with open bite will receive either this procedure plus standard orthodontic intrusion or standard intrusion alone. The study measures how quickly teeth move, changes in bone and airway, and any side effects like root resorption, to see if this technique offers a faster, safer path to bite correction.
