Summary
This study looked at how well a new form of glutathione (a natural antioxidant) is absorbed by the body when taken as a daily supplement. Sixteen healthy adults took the new micellar glutathione and compared it to standard and liposomal versions. The goal was to see if the new formula leads to higher levels in the blood and to check its safety over 30 days.
