Summary
This study looked at whether a mobile health program combined with a simple relaxation technique could help female family caregivers of cancer patients in Bangladesh. 102 women who had been caring for a cancer patient for at least 6 months took part. The program included educational videos, phone calls, and text reminders over 6 months. The goal was to see if it could reduce their caregiving burden, anxiety, and depression, and improve their quality of life.
